Before founding Sinware, he led multimillion-dollar system integrations, recovered millions in lost revenue, and built AI-powered tools to streamline real-world operations.
Based in Central California, Brian’s background spans everything from network infrastructure to full-stack development. He specializes in Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET, SQL Server), cloud platforms like AWS, and modern AI tools like OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini.
More than just a developer, Brian works closely with clients to understand their needs, map out processes, and build systems that make a real impact. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science with honors from CSU Bakersfield and brings years of consulting experience to every engagement.

Jonathan Prine is a seasoned IT consultant with over 12 years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, and network infrastructure. As the founder of IDI-Tech, he’s helped small businesses across Central California stay secure, connected, and compliant—especially in regulated industries like healthcare, legal, and finance.
He specializes in network design, vulnerability assessment, HIPAA compliance, and multi-layered security systems using tools like Fortinet, Cisco, and SIEM platforms. Whether it's a full security audit or a fast-moving emergency fix, Jonathan brings calm, clarity, and deep technical expertise to every engagement.
Jonathan and Brian have worked together for over a decade—long before either company existed. High school friends turned technical collaborators, they’ve teamed up on everything from network rebuilds to enterprise deployments, always backing each other up when it counted.
He also leads Bakersfield D.A.T.A. (Data and AI Technology Alliance), a monthly meetup for tech professionals exploring AI, LLMs, and real-world integrations.
